RECORD HOLDER
13,511 cubic yards of concrete
In the
first weekend of January 2006 C&C poured the largest
residential foundation mat pour ever in the southeast
United States. The site is the Trump
Royale, a 55-story
oceanfront condominium in Sunny Isles Beach by Coastal
Construction and developed by Trump
Dezer Development.
C&C
handled the job with a crew of 35 representatives with 8
Boom Pumps working in three shifts on Saturday and
Sunday .
13,511
cubic yards of concrete -weighing 54 million pounds -
were poured into all feet deep hole measuring 138 feet
by 270 feet with approximately 200 concrete trucks
delivering during the pour with non stopping trips .

McTee did a superb job coordinating the event.
